Short Profile : Hi my name is Ichwan, I am a community and economic development enthusiast, as a community and economic development enthusiast with almost ten years of experience in conducting economic and community development programs. Currently I work at ACCESS Advisory as National Technical Consultant, that focus on doing financial literacy training for Migrants, farmers and youth in West Java, East Java and South Sulawesi. I worked with ministry of agriculture, ministry of manpower and BP2PMI. Before working with ACCESS Advisory, I worked at British Council Indonesia as Expert Level Trainer and Implementing Partner for handling digital literacy training on behalf the Skill for inclusive digital program (SIDP) for youth, women, and people live with disability in Papua.

Short Profile : My background is in public health and am currently a full- time faculty member in Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia who is working on gerontology research, especially in dementia. The projection of this work, hopefully we can eventually create a good policy and regulation for elderly, as well as those who are having cognitive problem. The ecosystem must be developed, including family, formal caregivers, and even grocery store staff. It is a tremendous experience for me to work with other international team members not only to achieve goals but to learn the value in it, and obviously to make me a better researcher. This year, one of the projects have been published in an international journal and I would say I am quite proud with my hard work. Apart from that, I am a tennis enthusiast and nowadays working on my skills to be able to compete in the amateur tennis league.

Muhammad Fathun
Occupation : Vaccination Technical Officer (VTO) at WHO Indonesia

Short Profile : Muhammad Fathun is currently working at WHO Indonesia as Vaccination Technical Officer (VTO) in supporting Aceh province and districts in planning, coordination, training, and assessment for the Polio outbreak response, routine immunisation, VPD surveillance, and implementing capacity building of health workers in Aceh. In 2021, Fathun was selected for Chevening Scholarship, the UK government’s international scholarship programme that enables outstanding emerging leaders to pursue a fully-funded one-year master’s degree in the UK. He graduated from King’s College London (KCL) with a Master’s in Global Health in 2022.
Fathun has experience in the public and global health sector and a 10-year of experience in management and organization focusing on youth empowerment, social innovation, psychological well-being, and basic rights in Aceh during the post-conflict and tsunami period. Fathun and his friends initiated an organization concentrated on youth development, The Leader, in 2012. This organization was established to facilitate collaborative learning amongst young people concerned about current social and health issues in the Indonesian province of Aceh and to develop their creativity and increase self-confidence to contribute actively to our community and society (see www.the-leader.org). After experiencing over 20 years of prolonged armed conflict, followed by the Great Indian Ocean Tsunami of 2004, they believed this organization could help Aceh develop young people in Aceh to become progressive and optimistic leaders. They do not want to be remembered as victims but as resourceful survivors. The Leader has successfully trained, worked with and significantly influenced over 10,000 young across Indonesia.

Nurul Hikmah

Short Profile : I am Nurul Hikmah, M.Pd from North Aceh, Aceh, Indonesia. I am a lecturer in guidance and counseling department at IAIN Lhokseumawe, Aceh. Pursuing a master's degree at the Indonesian University of Education (UPI) Bandung majoring in Guidance and Counseling. Currently I am also Head of Gender and Child Studies (PSGA) IAIN Lhokseumawe, a study center that focuses on issues of gender equality, empowerment of women and children and the prevention and handling of sexual violence in higher education. Preventing and handling sexual violence is the main weapon in breaking the chain of sexual violence and realizing a campus with zero cases of sexual violence, especially in the higher education environment of the Ministry of Religion
In 2012 I was a liason officer for the Multi Donor Fund World Bank in reconstruction and rehabilitation activities for Aceh-Nias. My active involvement in campus organizations and social activities honed my abilities in aspects of leadership, communication, cooperation, empathy, initiative and creativity in responding to social problems.
I focus on self-development topic through collaborative research and service, as a form of scientific development and an effort to find novelty in the field of trauma counseling studies that suits the needs of application in the world of education and social society. I hope to be able to develop a model of counseling services that is appropriate for victims of trauma and sexual violence as well as being an effort to prevent psychological disorders in society. This improvement focuses on preparing competent human resources, who have innovation and real contributions in improving the quality of education and realizing a harmonious, prosperous and peaceful Indonesia.

Nurul Khansa Fauziyah

Short Profile : My Name is Nurul Khansa Fauziyah. I was Born in Jakarta in 1993. I am currently working as a lecturer at IAIN Lhokseumawe, Aceh. I graduated from Universitas Negeri Jakarta for my bachelor's degree, and from Universitas Indonesia for my master's. Now, as a lecturer, I am required to run the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, which is responsible for educating, researching, and serving the social community. In the field of academics, I have written some articles that have been published in journals and Book chapters. On campus, I am teaching all the Social sciences, such as Sociology, Social Pathology, Communication Sociology, and even cinematography, because of my experiences in making films when I was a student. I still want to be consistent in my learning and teaching in the field of Social science, especially in Sociology. So, in the future, I'm really interested in some social projects.

Prof. Dr. Elizabeth Kristi Poerwandari

Short Profile : Elizabeth Kristi Poerwandari (Kristi) is a Professor at the Faculty of Psychology Universitas Indonesia. Currently she is the Chair of the Committee of the School of Strategic and Global Studies, UI. Kristi completed her education as a psychologist, then took a master's degree in Gender Studies and a doctoral degree in Philosophy, all at the Universitas Indonesia.
Her interests/concerns are in the fields of mental health, gender studies, violence prevention and intervention, trauma management, psychology of network society, and qualitative research. She is the writer for the Psychology column in Kompas (Saturday) newspaper, and writes articles and books on gender issues, qualitative research, intervention of trauma and violence, and other mental health issues. Her doctoral dissertation is on the study of human philosophy regarding violence, and she is currently pursuing research on sexual violence.
Kristi is one of the founders of the Pulih Foundation, an institution that focuses on trauma management and psychosocial empowerment. She is the editor of the book "Indonesian Women in a Changing Society", (Ewha Women's University Press, Korea, 2005), and a council member of the Asian Association of Women's Studies (AAWS).

My career as a Public Health Practitioner started from working at DKI Jakarta Office of The Governor as a Personal Aide to solve health issues at the regional level. I extended his career that focus on the health discrepancy in remote areas through doctorSHARE.
